Just a note to say I’m looking forward to getting together with you in the kitchen real soon! I’ve been busy planning and testing lots of new recipes in preparation for the new season. I’m excited and ready to get started. Seems like it’s been awhile since the last class, but on the other hand, where does the time go? It’s amazing this will be The Blue Apron Cooking School’s 13th year! I was sorting through photos of previous classes – so many good times! It was especially fun to see the faces of those who have attended. Thank you!
You may notice that I’m starting classes just a bit later this year. I hope the timing will fit with your schedules. The first set of classes will take us through the summer with detailed dates and class menus. A preview of classes for the fall will be provided, with dates and details to follow a little later.
In addition to the regular classes, plans are in the works for something new this season – monthly mini cooking demonstrations at Eddy’s Country Store!
Chris, the manager and I have discussed this idea for a few years and have finally decided to give it a go! Stay tuned for details and dates, but I think we will be ready to start in May. I hope to see you there!
