What Students are Saying

I haven’t had so much fun cooking, ever! I learned so much from you and the other ladies, measuring flour, holding the knife, the beauty of the food processor and the inevitability of something not going as planned, getting through it and moving on to a delicious meal. The synergy developed during the class is wonderful and a credit to you. Thank you again and I look forward to next semester.

What Students are Saying

We would like to thank you for THE best experience we have had since we moved to Payson. It was well worth the two hour drive. Your instruction, organization and information was awesome. The instruction intricacies really made the recipes terrific—who knew you cut chocolate at a 45% angle on a wooden board. We have tried out some of the recipes and they were a hit. There are several of us that now that want to return . . . actually move into your house. Thanks again.

—Most sincerely, Dick & Kathleen

What Students are Saying

Hi, Liz,

Your warmth and generous hospitality make the cooking experience a delight. I noticed that second helpings on the lamb were taken by all of our group, which says a lot when 3 out of 4 aren’t particularly crazy about lamb!
