Yes, You can Cook!

Yeah, we’re back!

 

The Blue Apron Cooking School will be holding a full schedule of classes for the second half of 2021.

Thank you so much for your patience during this crazy time. I’ve missed sharing the joy of cooking and good food with you and I can’t wait to get together again soon. I am anticipating some pent-up demand, so I encourage you to sign up promptly for any classes you are interested in.

Everyone’s health is our most important concern. Because social distancing and wearing masks are just not possible while we are all together cooking and eating, full vaccinations, with proof, will be required at the time of sign in. I understand that this will be an issue for some but it is the only way at this time to ensure everyone’s safety. This policy will be evaluated and updated regularly.

And just a short update on the cookbook progress — it’s coming along, albeit somewhat more slowly than I would like. I’m working on chapter 3, so I’m thinking perhaps sometime late next year.

Blue Apron Cooking School

Learn basic to more advanced cooking skills in the casual relaxed atmosphere of a family kitchen professionally designed for classes. Each class, whether participation or demonstration, offers you a wealth of tips and techniques to enhance your skills, giving you not only the confidence to cook but also enjoyment of the cooking process.

Classes provide detailed instructions and recipes, information for nutritional and dietary meal planning, and many of the “hows & whys” of cooking. You will also gain ideas for presenting food in attractive ways and in lovely settings.
