2024 Class Schedule

A season of new, fabulous and fun classes with such a variety you may want to take them all! At each class you will receive detailed recipes with instructions, tips and hints as you successfully prepare, present and savor each dish. Of course, with a special beverage and at a class-themed decorated table! I look forward to cooking with you.



Don’t get discouraged if a class is sold out. You can request to be put on the Wait List using the form at the bottom of this page.

New and Improved Class Registration and Payment

I’m pleased to announce that The Blue Apron Cooking School has adopted a new solution that allows you to select classes and submit payment online, via a PayPal secure form.

This will allow you to quickly secure your selection without the hassle of writing a check or dropping off a payment. This more streamlined process will result in real-time class availability updates and quicker refunds, if necessary. However, to achieve this only online payments will be accepted. If you are familiar with PayPal, you know they accept most credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

I’m not one for change, but I’m excited about this and I thank you for your support.

Onions & Friends, Take a Bow

Julia Child—It is hard to imagine a civilization without onions, the flavor of onions blends perfectly into any dish (except dessert). And would civilization turn to chaos without onions? In this class we will prove Julia correct once again! The term for all in the Onion family is Alliums. In this class we will try to use them all!

  • Creamy roast sweet onion soup
  • Shrimp with coconut milk, mint & chive relish

Wait List for Sold Out Classes

If a class you are interested in is sold out, don’t be discouraged! A wait list is kept for all classes. Often space opens up, sometimes in advance and sometimes at the last minute. If this is an option for you, please get on the wait list for any class you would like to attend. There is no obligation or payment required until your spot is secured. And I’ve been known to add an extra class day, when possible, for an extra popular class. Those on the wait list get first chance!
