Few foods are as versatile, economical and loved as much as chicken. It is often our “go-to” main ingredient. How easy it is to just pick up one of those delicious rotisserie birds from the market? However, there is nothing quite so satisfying as baking your own. In this class we will do both! In addition to learning about buying, cutting up and storing fresh chicken, we will revisit and make such classic dishes as Perfect Roast Chicken, Chicken Piccata, Chicken Cacciatore, Chicken Parmesan, Classic Chicken Pot Pie, and a refreshing Marmalade Chicken Fruit Salad. We’ll sneak in a refreshing sweet to complete our feast.
