Start off with scrumptious yet light tasty bites to accompany your happy-hour cocktails. Then move on to a nearly “ready-to-go” sit down meal. Finish with a flourish with a decadently delicious dessert. The evening will be unforgettable! Pear and Gruyere Toast Bites with Tarragon Pesto, Apple Manchego Cheese Bites, Fig & Walnut Tapenade with Goat Cheese, Caribbean Pumpkin Soup Shots, Pear & Brandy Glazed Pork Tenderloin, French Apple Walnut Salad, Petite Potatoes Anna, Fresh Beans with Balsamic-Shallot Butter and Pecan Bread Pudding & Cinnamon Gelato.
