We’ll start with French-style Stuffed eggs and an Asparagus Gruyere Tart, then on to Butter Lettuce Salad and Roast Chicken & Potato Salad with Bearnaise Dressing, French Gougeres, Carrot Souffle and Haricot Verts with Pancetta, then we finish with a French Apple Custard Cake with Salted Maple Caramel Sauce and our delightful St. Germain Cocktail. You do not want to miss this very special class!
