After living in Korea Liz developed an appreciation of and a taste for Korean Foods—and now so has the rest of the world! Korean restaurants and dishes are appearing everywhere. Maybe not every Korean dish will appeal to our palettes, but those fabulous succulent grilled meats surely will. We will concentrate on those dishes in this class making such favorites as Soy and Sesame Short Ribs, Gochujang (Korean spicy red chile sauce) Braised Chicken, Korean Beef Tacos with Pickled Cabbage, Korean BBQ Beef Wraps, Hobo Pack Bibembap, and side dishes such as, Crispy Coconut Sticky Rice, Korea Radish Salad and Classic Korean Fruit Dessert.
