Please reserve your classes as soon as possible. Class size is limited, and they can fill quickly. Depending on availability and demand additional classes may be offered.

A class may be cancelled at the discretion of management. If a class needs to be cancelled or rescheduled due to inclement weather, you will be contacted by phone or email.

What is the class "format"?

Two types of classes are offered: Participation (limited to 10 students) and “demonstration” (limited to 25 students). Both last about 3 to 4 hours, unless otherwise noted. Each class concludes with a complete meal and beverage accompaniment.

What should I wear or bring to class?

Everything will be provided—recipes, pens, equipment, aprons, etc. Casual, comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended.

How do I register for class?

Pay with credit card: Review the classes offered on the Class Schedule page. To register for a particular class and pay with a credit card, choose the class date you prefer, enter number registering. and click the Add to cart. You can register for multiiple classes. When you’re ready, click your cart at the top of the page, which will take you to the checkout page. Just fill out the required information. You will receive an email receipt.

Paying by cash or check: Just above the list of classes on the righthand side of the blue box, click the Register Now button. You will be taken to the Registration page on the website. Enter the information requested on the Registration Form and click Submit My Registration. Cash or check must be received within 7 days, or your reservation will be cancelled.

You will be notified by email when confirmed. Reminders and driving directions will be sent via email a few days prior to each class.

How does the wait list work for sold out classes?

You can add your name to the wait list for a class. No payment is required until a spot becomes available. You’ll be contacted by phone or email if a spot becomes available. The wait list is provided on a first-come-first-served basis.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations are fully refundable if made at least 7 days prior to the class. Class credit will be issued for cancellations 3 days prior to class. This means that payment will be saved for a future class registration. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations at less than 3 days.

Operations & Licensing Notice

The Blue Apron Cooking School fully complies with Arizona Statute 36-136 H4, proving an exemption relating to food and drink that is (a) prepared at a cooking school that is conducted by an owner-occupied home. Continuing in the statement in subsection H, paragraph 4, subdivision (b) of this section that “the food is prepared in a kitchen that is not regulated and inspected by the department or by a local health authority.”
