The fabulous flavors of the Southwest are celebrated in each and every dish we will make. The autumn harvest provides a vast cornucopia of ingredients from which to choose as we make such dishes as Sweet Potato & Goat Cheese Appetizers, Pumpkin Hummus, Roast Turkey with Avocado-Pomegranate Salsa, Chorizo Bread Stuffing, Spicy & Sweet Cornbread, Southwest Holiday Fruit & Nut Salad, Turkey Enchilada Casserole with Red Chile Sauce, Pinon Nut Torte, and Mexican Hot Chocolate Cookies. And the perfect cocktail—Liz’s famous Cranberry Margaritos!
