Everyone’s wild about mushrooms—and the wilder the better! And garlic, oh my goodness, where would we be without garlic! In this class we will take a peek into the world of these two common, yet exotic ingredients. Then using a variety of each, we will combine them to make such glorious dishes as Garlic and Gruyere Stuffed Mushrooms, Chicken Liver Black Garlic and Mushroom Pate, Mushroom Miso Soup and a Warm Wild Mushroom Salad, Mushroom & Chestnut Vol-au-Vent (French Pot Pie), Beef and Mushroom Stroganoff with Julia Child’s Garlic Mashed Potatoes.
